Our clear guidelines regarding returns, cancellation, and refunds.

01. Nature of Digital Products
Because SaaS Future exclusively sells digital product keys (intangible software licenses) sent via instant automated system, these items cannot be physically “returned” or “wiped out.” Therefore, once an activation code has been displayed, accessed, or successfully delivered to your registered email, the order is generally considered non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
02. Eligible Cases for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a complete refund or a direct replacement key within 30 days of purchase if you meet the following conditions:
- Defective Product Key: The license key fails to activate the official software, and you provide valid proof (such as unedited error screenshots or diagnostic codes).
- Unsolvable Issues: Our 24/7 dedicated technical support team is unable to fix the license activation issue within 48 hours of your support ticket request.
03. Non-Refundable Cases
SaaS Future cannot issue a refund under these circumstances:
- You simply changed your mind, no longer require the software, or purchased the item by mistake after the key has already been dispatched.
- Your device does not meet the minimum hardware system or software compatibility standards specified by the manufacturer.
- The license was blocked or canceled due to customer misuse, violation of the manufacturer’s EULA agreement, or attempts to activate it on more devices than authorized.
04. How to Submit a Refund Claim
To quickly request a replacement or file a refund ticket, please strictly follow these simple steps:
- Send a direct email to our support desk: support@saasofthefuture.com.
- Include your official Order Number and the email address used during purchase.
- Attach clear, full-screen images or short recordings of the activation error you encountered so our technical team can inspect it immediately.
05. Processing & Funds Reversal
Once your refund request is thoroughly approved by our system logs, the credit will automatically be processed and reversed back to your original source of payment (Stripe or PayPal). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back onto your official bank statement, depending entirely on your credit card issuer’s internal settlement policies.
